It seems like it would be much simpler to just go to Starbucks for a coffee rather than making one of their “fancy” drinks yourself… but you’re spending $5 on something you could make better at home in 10 minutes. Treat yourself to staying in this time and making your own sweet coffee drink. With a few ingredients you have a more authentic version than the fake syrup flavored stuff you’ll buy out, and probably in less time than it would take them to make it for you!
*I’m really not trying to hate on Starbucks, they have amazing iced teas (shout out to the Passion Tango Iced Tea), but this eggnog latte is better than theirs*
If you love eggnog like me you’ll LOVE this latte. Personally I don’t like really strong coffee because it will give me a headache, but this still doesn’t need any added sugar to taste good. Feel free to adjust the sweetness levels to suit your taste.

For this recipe you will need a blender and mug!
- 2 cups brewed coffee (hot)
- 1/2 cup eggnog, divided
- 2 tbsp. milk
- whipped cream (optional)
- cinnamon sugar (optional)
Pour hot coffee into a blender with 1/4 cup eggnog and blend together until frothy. Pour this into your mug. Next blend together 2 tbsp. milk and the other 1/4 cup eggnog until it forms a foam and pour this over the coffee. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar!
That’s it! No fake syrups or packets, just an easy 2 step latte made at home.
